Misunderstanding

Seems a bit of a misunderstanding. My Mum passed away nearly four years ago and it is the cost of sorting out her estate that means we will need to sell our home and downscale, as she partly owns our home we live in and left no will. Sixteen years ago she asked me to help her as she was finacially struggling. David and I had been led to believe there was a will that safe guarded the large financial investment we made that enabled my Mum staying in her home until she died. I have five siblings and no will. I don't think I need to say much more!

I'm so very sorry to read this, Jane. The prospect of losing your family home and some of your beloved dogs must be devastating, and then having to curtail the Poundlane spaniel project after the decades of care and attention that you've put into its development, must be heartbreaking. I'm so sorry that this situation has come about, and hope that by some miracle, another solution can be found.

Oh Jane, I'm so sorry to hear this. What a horrible situation to be in.

Adam and I would consider having another dog, I don't think we could cope with a pup right now, but would consider one of the older ones, although it would be easiest after the new year if that works with your timescales. Who are you going to be looking for homes for? We do have the cat to consider.

Thanks for your offer but, at the moment I think I have enough interest at this time to find homes for the ones I am looking to find homes for.

I've just read your really sad news. It's absolutely heart breaking - you have spent so long building a fantastic breeding programme with cavalier spaniels. I truly hope you will be able to carry this on in some form in the future. Our love goes to you, your family and of course your beautiful dogs xxx

Dear Jane
I really hope that brighter days are ahead and you will that you are able to keep your home and all of your pack. Your breeding programme is like nothing I have seen anywhere else and our Henry (from Primrose and Reggie) is the most wonderful boy who has brought our family such joy. If you need a home for any of your pack for a period of time ( long or short)to allow you to get back on track then please let me know.
Warmest regards
Jenny

Dear Jane, I'm so sorry to hear this awful news. It's terrible that your good deeds have resulted in this. I hope that you, your family and the pack find somewhere to make a happy future together. It's good to hear that you think you have homes for the dogs you won't be able to keep. Darla continues to be a joy

Hi Jane
I’m so sorry to have just read your news.
I can’t imagine how distressing that must be for you all as a family, including the furry one.
I sincerely hope something good turns up for you as an option, but will keep you in my thoughts and prayers.
With love Sally
