Just caught the end of their epic evening playtime. Peaches and Brimble we kept back from our last litter playing with their Big Sis Lottie. Lottie's Mum is their Mum's litter sibling and they share the same Dad Ernest. Lottie turned four years old back in March from the only litter Bumble had. We never bred from Lottie and she was spayed at three years old. The two girls we kept back from Ernest and Blottie's litter of eleven pups born February 2022 nearly four months old. Blottie makes herself comfortable beside my husband David this morning. The title is a reference to "The League of Gentlemen" and Pappa Lazarou, who would ask, "Is that Dave?" and then say, "Your my wife now! I from time to time ask David if he is "Dave!" and tell him, "You're my wife now!" You got to watch it to get it or not get it. The series was an acquired taste. A bit of a marmite thing. I have seen the stage show which is even funnier and weirder than the tv show. Lovely to see Judith and Belle on Wednesday. Judith popped in with her friend and Belle as in the area for a few days holiday. Good to catch up and feel like things are getting back to normal. Belle is from Casper and Blottie's litter of nine little Blenheim pups
Brimble and Peaches are the two girls we kept back from Ernest and Blottie's litter of eleven pups born February 2022 and are Teagol's sisters. Growing on really well and both very relaxed pups having a life of riley at the moment. Polly is the girl we kept back from Puddin' and Teagol's litter of seven tricoloured pups . Her Mum Teagol is Ernest and Blottie's litter of ten pups 2017 and the dog we tragically lost last year Forever my cover girl
Henry, Ernest, Bumble and Blottie all turned a year older in April. Henry's now nine, Ernest's now six and sisters Bumble and Blottie are now seven years old. It's Blottie!Blottie shows her pup Peaches her heels and that she still got a turn of foot at seven years old.
Brimble and Peaches out on their first walk with a couple of our children. Brimble and Peaches are from Ernest and Blottie's litter of eleven pups born February 2022. Update for Kyah at 13 weeks old from Anita. Kyah is from Ernest and Blottie's litter of eleven pups born 1st February 2022. "Hi Jane 13 weeks old and 4 1/2weeks as part of my family. I do vaguely remember the peace and quiet before she arrived. She is very much at home now and is still determined to get Misha to play with her. As you can see from the picture 'Toilet roll and paper towel tubes are kids stuff. I' m onto the big tubes now.' She is not into retrieving like her sister Brimble but we' re working on it. She will happily 'get it' but then plays with it rather than bringing it back. All other training going well. I can't wait to take her out walkies. I hope the rest of her family are well. Best wishes Anita" Lovely update for Flora at 8 years old from Lucy. Lucy and Flora have had to deal with big change in their life, with the end of 2021, Alan (Lucy's husband) unexpectedly passed away. Thanks so much for keeping me updated on Flora even when it must be so painful to do so. Flora is from Reggie and Smudge's litter of six pups born back in February 2014. "Dear Jane
Hope you and all the family are keeping well? I missed an update for Flora and her siblings birthday in February , but here it is , eight years and 1 week from when we picked her up from you – a day so clearly remembered! She remains fit and healthy and has adapted to her new routine this year really well. Her “work week “ is divided between 3 different homes of friends and family who all love her and have been fantastic with her. We were always so grateful for her , but for me, never more so than over the past 6 months. Aren’t dogs amazing! As ever , thank you for her. Love from Lucy and Flora" 1st Birthday update for Iris, who is from Ernest and Rosie's litter. A little belated as Iris had a bit of an upset as she ended her first year but is better now. "Hi Jane Hope you are all well. Happy Birthday weekend to all of Iris’s siblings. I’ve attached a few photos of her first year. She is such an amazing dog. She has a great on off switch. Iris goes to the woods most evenings and just runs and runs, she never stops. At home she loves to play, fetching toys and enjoys me hiding her pink pencil case stuffed with treats. She has a great nose. Iris enjoys cuddles on the sofa, often rests her head on my shoulder and falls to sleep. She’s a little nervous around other dogs, on the park she’s not that bothered about them, prefers to follow her nose. Training is coming on very well. Recall is excellent. We couldn’t have wished for a better addition to our family we love her to bits, constantly makes us smile. As you know we lost Mabel in October and Lily in March. Iris has coped well and has started to get her spark back now which she lost for a while She ended her first year in style with a trip to the vets last week at 11.00 pm. She stared vomiting, then her face became swollen and then projectile Diarrhoea. We live very close to our vets which is handy. She recovered quickly, we're not sure what caused it. The vet who was on duty hadn’t previously met her. He thought she was great, very impressed. Best wishes Andy, Pam and Iris xx" This Tuesday Brimble and Peaches will be thirteen weeks old. These are the two girls we have kept from Ernest and Blottie's litter of eleven pups born February 2022. Both are growing well and lovely characters. Whilst the rain came down |

WE DO NOT EXPORT PUPPIES
Why I don't export AT POUNDLANE
Our breeding dogs are multi generational extensively health tested. With all our breeding stock having recommended and relevant DNA tests for their breed/breeds. We also have breeding stock annually eye examined on the BVA Hereditary Eye Disease Scheme for dogs, MRI scanned on the BVA scheme using the BVA chiari malformation /syringomyelia breeding protocol, and heart examined using The Kennel Club Heart Scheme for Cavalier King Charles breeding protocol |
