Getting in wood to fill up the log store for Winter. Lots to clear with the winds we had earlier in the year. The dogs love to climb the piled up wood before we log it up and store it away, which does cause me a bit of worry as years ago (around 25 years ago) I had a pup break a leg on a wood pile. His leg slipped between the logs as he ran over them. His leg stopped but the rest of his body carried on. Teddy broke his radius. It was pinned and it healed really well. He lived a long good life with a friend. Amazing orthopedics we had 25 years ago and now. Brought him home from the surgery and you would have not known he had a broken leg except for a small bold patch at the top of his leg and a few stitches.
