Introducing the Puppy Mosh Pit

9/14/2020

Over the weekend, we got the Puppy Mosh Pit (gazebo) up and are getting the puppies used to the space. This is the save space we are creating to let those coming to meet this litter have one on one time with them. We have double of everything. So throws, cushions and toys in the puppy mosh pit will be sprayed with sanitising spray before every visit and then in the washing machine on a hot wash and the gazebo sprayed with sanitising spray and replenished with fresh throws, cushions and toys for the next visit. We have wipes to wipe the pups over prior to visiting and after. We will also provide hand sanitising wash before handling pups and after. We also have masks for moments we may need to be closer than 2 metres. We want everyone to feel and be save and enjoy time with their chosen pup from the litter. We are only having one family a day to visit, which is how we normally do things.

Bumble, who is Lottie's Mum and also maternal Auntie to Teagol, was booked in to be spayed today, but due to changes in our children's college timetables a couple days ago. She has been rescheduled to be spayed the first week in October.

Treacle finally was spayed yesterday and is doing really well after her operation. She is Teagol's paternal Grandmother, being Ernest's (Teagol's Dad) Mum.

Puppy list and Contract

9/10/2020

Just over a week now and we will see the first visitors to meet Teagol's seven pups. We will have to be careful, so I am putting up on here the "Puppy List" which gives you a few things to start thinking about getting and doing before your pup comes home with you, and the list of what your pup will leave us with. I will discuss the list in more detail on your visits. Make sure you have any questions listed, as when you meet Teagol's seven beauties at "Maximus cutiness" be warned, you will suffer Puppy brain, where you will forget anything you wanted to ask and become the Honey Monster's lesser known cousin the Puppy Monster.
Also (below) is the contract that we will both sign and have a copy of when the puppy leaves us.

Dad Puddin' has a moment with his son White ear, who was out on the patio. I was just trying to capture a few photos of him, when Dad arrived and I caught this lovely bit of video (below) of them together. White ear certainly has his Dad's tail waggle.

First time outside

Today the sun came out, so we took the opportunity to introduce Teagol's seven pups to the great outdoors. So they had sometime out on the patio joined by their Great Grandmother Treacle, who loves pups, especially cleaning them.
And their Dad Puddin' also joined them. He has been very curious of them and has jumped into see them a few times, to be glared at by Teagol and not stay around to long. Today he decided to hang around for a bit longer, as Teagol gets happier with the rest of the pack meeting and helping her with her little brood.
