Teagol's seven pups reached four weeks old today, so time to worm them again and a chance to see how much they have grown since being born, as we weigh them to work out how much wormer each pup is to be given. The list is in the order they were born. The names are ones that they have for now. Gert, because of her size. Ernest Junior, because he looks like his Granddad Ernest. White ear, because he has a bit of a white ear. Polly Pocket because Polly rhymes with Dolly, who was her Great Great Grandmother and I hope pocket will be followed by rocket when shes in the field. Goatie, because she has a bit of a black marking on her lower lip that looks like a goatie. Toby Junior because he has his Great Grandfather Toby's eyebrows. Lastly Sweetheart, because of the heart shape marking on her side.
  1. Gert (not the gertest (biggest) now though): Girl Birth weight: 245grams Four weeks old weight: 1160grams
  2. Ernest Junior: Boy Birth weight: 225grams Four weeks old weight: 1162grams
  3. White ear (lightest at birth): Boy Birth weight: 180grams Four weeks old weight: 1100grams
  4. Polly Pocket (lightest girl born): Girl Birth weight: 195grams Four weeks old weight: 925grams
  5. Goatie: Girl Birth weight: 240grams Four weeks old weight: 1169grams
